I was allowed to take part in the first Women's Active Weeks and was excited about the program. In fact, I find it surprisingly holistic - both body and mind are addressed! Apart from that, I lost a few kilos too much from the Corona period thanks to the sugar detox   I can definitely take something away from the active weeks for the future and can recommend it to every woman who is want to take care of yourself more - with sport, mindfulness and delicious, healthy food. In short: I'm thrilled!

The outdoor courses after pregnancy were the best thing for me to get going again. The course in the forest was great in terms of duration and intensity, fresh air was perfect for mother and child and it was always fun! Individual needs were also addressed, so there was no pressure for those who might not be that fit yet - or for those who were already fit, the difficulty was increased!

Active women weeks - that's pure motivation! Fun, joy, exchange with like-minded people... great tips on nutrition, mindfulness and great workouts! I was just curious and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised: the workouts are great - and doable for every level; There are many tips for mindfulness, relaxation and doing something good for yourself, so that everyone can find what is right for them. And the group exchange and the two trainers motivate you every time! I just feel great and safe! It's incredibly fun and after 3 weeks I'm definitely better than before.

I would recommend it (women active weeks) to everyone! It doesn't matter if you want to try something new, get fitter again or are looking for a sports routine, or just looking for tips and ideas to feel better (emotionally, nutritionally... it doesn't matter...) - it's everything there. 

I have already booked further courses and events for myself and can hardly wait to continue.

You want to implement the great impulses and tips immediately and incorporate them into your daily life! 

The workbook is designed with so much love. It is a pleasure to leaf through it, to work on it and to look at it.

Interesting topics are built in carefree and fresh, you want to absorb and implement everything! 

Simply a well thought out, unique, athletic, mental and healthy program!
