"Schwanger & fit" besteht aus effektivem Bodyforming, Walking Einheiten, Übungen zur Stärkung Deines Körpers und Dehnungen. Walking ist eine risikolose Sportart, die im gesamten Verlauf der Schwangerschaft ausgeübt werden kann. Sport regt Deinen Stoffwechsel an, verringert das Risiko von Wassereinlagerungen, Thrombose und einer übermäßigen Gewichtszunahme. Dein Baby wird es lieben! Das Schaukeln im Mutterleib wirkt beruhigend auf das Kind und fördert die Entwicklung der Sinnesorgane. Unsere Fitnesskurse für Schwangere werden als INDOOR (bei schlechtem Wetter) oder OUTDOOR Kurse angeboten. Treffpunkt im Outdoor Fitnessstudio Herzogenaurach, wird nach Buchung bekannt gegeben. Wir kommen auch ab 5 TN zu einem Wunschort!
